How to Start Waist Training

First you purchase your We Pretty Waisted Trainer, then you have someone help you into it (this is very IMPORTANT)! Once you have gotten the garment on, wear it for atleast 4 hours. The garment will then mold to your body shape and offer more comfortability. Wear your waist trainer daily if possible!!!
